摘  要:甜菊糖苷是甜叶菊中提取的糖的总称,多年来被广泛研究并应用于抗高血压、抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗糖尿病以及抗高脂血症等领域。作为一种天然的非碳水化合物甜味剂,甜菊糖苷对口腔致龋菌群具有抑制作用,动物模型、人造龋齿模型等已证实甜菊糖苷对致龋菌的抗菌性和抑制牙釉质脱矿的潜力,将代糖添加到食品或漱口水中证实了甜菊糖苷可抑制致龋菌的生长,并提高口腔内的pH值。以上证明甜菊糖苷可作为一种防龋的手段推广应用,未来应继续丰富研究指标并评估长期定期食用甜菊糖苷对龋病的影响。Stevia glycosides are a general term for the sugars extracted from stevia rebaudiana bertoni.They have been widely studied and used in multiple fields such as anti-hypertension,anti-inflammation,anti-tumor,anti-diabetes and anti-hyperlipidemia for many years.As a natural non-carbohydrate sweetener,it has an inhibitory effect on dental cariogenic bacteria.Animal and artificial models are used to demonstrate the antibacterial effect of stevia glycosides against cariogenic bacteria and the inhibition of enamel demineralization.As an addition of food or mouthwash,it has been confirmed that stevia glycosides could inhibit the growth of bacteria and increase the oral pH value.The above proves that stevia glycosides might be popularized as a means of preventing dental caries.In the future,it is necessary to continue to enrich the measurement index and evaluate the effect of long-term regular consumption of stevia glycosides on caries.
