摘　　要：建设教育强国是全面建成社会主义现代化强国的战略先导。中国特有的教育家精神具有丰富的时代内涵,可以从大德、大能、大爱三个层面来理解和把握。弘扬教育家精神是加快建设教育强国的强大精神动力,有助于落实立德树人根本任务,加快建设高质量教育体系,提升教育服务高质量发展能力,增强教育国际影响力,驱动教育科技人才一体化发展。新征程弘扬教育家精神,要坚持党的全面领导,突出思想政治引领,提高教师专业素养,推进体制机制创新,推动教育家精神入脑入心入行,造就支撑引领建设教育强国的高素质教师队伍。Building an education power is a strategic precursor to building China into a great modern socialist country in all respects.The unique spirit of educators in China has rich contemporary connotations,which can be understood and grasped from three aspects:great virtue,great ability,and great love.Promoting the spirit of educators is a powerful spiritual driving force for accelerating the construction of a powerful country in education,which helps to implement the fundamental task of establishing virtue and cultivating talents,accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system,enhance the ability to provide high-quality education services,enhance the international influence of education,and drive the integrated development of education,technology,and talent.To promote the spirit of educators in the new journey,we must adhere to the comprehensive leadership of the Party,highlight ideological and political guidance,improve teachers'professional literacy,promote institutional and mechanism innovation,promote the spirit of educators in our minds and hearts,and cultivate a high-quality teaching team that supports and leads the construction of an education power.
