摘  要:党的二十大报告提出“加快建设农业强国”。因此,在农业院校探索如何结合食品产业需求,培养高素质人才极为重要。“食品生物化学”为我院专业基础课之一,但教学中存在课程内容衔接不紧密;学生知识迁移能力不足;教学与工程教育脱节;学生成长值小等问题。针对教学中的痛点,结合工程教育专业认证,通过构建课程新体系、融入思政教育、更新教学模式、创新教学方法、改革考核评价体系,初步实现了学生创新性思维的建立,使学生具备正确的科学情感、态度和价值观以及社会担当与历史使命意识,提高了教学质量,可为其他课程的教学改革提供参考。The goal of moving faster to build a powerful agricultural country is proposed in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China.For agricultural colleges and universities,it is important to make sure that the students are well qualified for modern food industry.Food biochemistry is one of the basic professional courses of food science and technology.However,there are problems in the teaching process,such as lack of close connection between courses,insufficient ability for students to transfer knowledge,disconnection between teaching and engineering education,a low growth value for students and so on.To overcome these weaknesses in teaching and to carry out the engineering education professional certification,the course content and a new curriculum system were restructured.The teaching reform included integrated ideological and political education,innovated teaching models and methods,and diversified assessment and evaluation system.These measures proved to bring benefits to students in improving their innovation skills,establishing correct scientific emotions and sense of value.In conclusion,the attempts that made in teaching the course have raised the teaching quality,and may provide reference for other course reforms.
