摘 要:“三教”改革是“双高”计划中打造技术技能人才培养高地的首要任务。教师的改革是“三教”改革的根本,对培养高素质技术技能人才起着最直接的推动作用。在“三教”改革的高职思政课中,教师应主导教学活动,发挥自身的主导作用;要坚定马克思主义理论,加强对学生的引导。思政教学的重点应是宣讲党的方针路线,为学生指明方向;注重学生专业发展,发挥课程思政的价值。基于“三教”改革的高职思政课教师队伍的建设与发展,应结合系统培养和专题培训,提高培训的效果;创建和优化教学评价体系,以推动教学反思。The reform of the“Three Teachings”is the primary task in the“Double Highs”initiative for cultivating skilled talents.The reform of teachers stands as the foundation of the“Three Teachings”reform and plays the most direct role in fostering high-quality technical and skilled talents.In the ideological and political courses of vocational colleges under the“Three Teachings”reform,teachers should lead the teaching activities and play their leading roles.They should uphold Marxist theories and enhance guidance for students.The emphasis of ideological and political teaching should be on propagating the Party's policies and directions,thereby pointing out the path for students.The course should focus on students'professional development and highlight the value of curriculum ideology.For the construction and development of the teacher team for ideological and political courses based on the“Three Teachings”reform in vocational colleges,systematic training combined with thematic training should be carried out to enhance training effectiveness;and establishing and optimizing the teaching evaluation system to encourage teaching reflection.
