摘 要:某大学附属医院药学教研室采取了以学生为中心,以教学效果为导向,通过整合教学资源、优化教学方式等一系列提升教学质量的措施,通过进行传统课堂的教学改革尝试,将教学内容、方法和效果不断有效结合并持续改进,有效改善课堂教学设计,及时得到教学反馈,从而形成“以教促学、以学定教、教学相长”的新型教学模式,目前已成功实施并初见成效,使教学活动有的放矢,全面提升了教学质量。The pharmacy teaching and research office took a series of measures to improve the teaching quality by integrating teaching resources,optimizing teaching methods,etc.,taking students as the center and teaching effects as the guide,and tried to reform the traditional classroom teaching The method and effect have been effectively combined and continuously improved,the classroom teaching design has been effectively improved,and teaching feedback has been obtained in time,thus forming a new teaching mode of“promoting learning through teaching,teaching by learning,aim to realize the mutual benefit of teaching and learning”.At present,the new teaching mode has been successfully implemented and has achieved initial results,which makes teaching activities targeted,comprehensively improves the teaching quality.
