摘  要:增强高职院校思政课的实效既要保证教学内容,也要关注教学方法;既要坚持以教师为主导,更要坚持以学生为主体。让学生既学到知识,又学会怎么学到知识。费曼学习法是以教促学、以输出倒逼输入的学习方法。把费曼学习法引入高职思政课教学,让教学方法更好地为实现教学目标服务,为高质量完成教学任务服务,让学生真正成为学习的主人;让高职院校思想政治理论教育入脑入心、走深走实,让思想价值引领贯穿始终。To enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges,it is nec-essary to ensure not only the teaching content,but also the teaching methods,insist not only on being teacher-led,but also on student-centered,so that students can learn both what to know and how to teach.Feynman Learn-ing Technique is what promotes learning through teaching and uses output to force input.The introduction Feyn-man Learning Technique into the teaching of ideological and political courses in vocational colleges enables teaching method to better serve the realization of teaching goals and the high-quality completion of teaching tasks,allowing students to truly become the masters of learning,bringing ideological and political theoretical the-ory deeply and firmly into students'minds,guiding students with ideological values all the time.
