摘 要:课程思政是新时代实现全方位育人的重要途径。如何有效实现思政教育与专业教育同向同行,成为课程思政教学改革中亟待解决的关键问题。以浙江工业大学食品专业选修课程“食品酶学(双语)”为例,对课程思政教学现状、课程思政改革与实践中采取措施、课程中所蕴含思政元素挖掘、思政点与专业知识融合进行分析与阐述,并对改革取得的阶段性成效进行总结,为该专业其他课程(尤其是双语课程)开展思政教学改革提供参考。"Curriculum ideological and political"is an important way to realize all-round education in the new era.How to effectively realize ideological and political education and professional education in the same direction has become a key issue in curriculum ideological and political teaching reform.Taking"Food Enzymology(Bilingual)",an optional course of food major in Zhejiang University of Technology as an example,analyze and explain the current situation of ideological and political teaching in the course,the measures taken in ideological and political reform and practice,the mining of ideological and political elements contained in the course,the integration of ideological and political points and professional knowledge,as well as the phased results achieved,in order to provide a reference for the ideological and political teaching reform in other courses of this major,especially bilingual courses.
