摘  要:为解决“果蔬贮运学”课程中存在的课堂教学方法单一、教学内容老旧、重课堂轻课外、相关课程贯通能力欠缺等问题,以提高人才培养质量为改革目标,结合成果导向教育(OBE)理念和混合式教学方法,对“果蔬贮运学”课程教学模式进行重构,分别从教学目标、理论教学内容、实践教学内容、能力提升训练、课程考核、课程总结与反馈等方面进行阐述。实践结果显示,学生的学习成绩、学习兴趣、科研兴趣、综合能力等方面均有所提升,尽管将OBE理念引入“果蔬贮运学”课程教学中取得初步成效,但后续课程改革中还应结合互联网教学及学生个人兴趣、特长、技能水平进行进一步优化,以成果转化为目标加深实践教学。In order to solve the problems existing in the current course of"Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation",such as the single classroom teaching method,the old teaching content,the emphasis on the classroom rather than the extracurricular,and the lack of cohesion ability of relevant courses,the teaching mode of"Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation"courses is reconstructed based on the concept of outcome-based education(OBE)and the blended teaching method,and with the reform goal of improving the quality of talent cultivation,elaborate on teaching objectives,theoretical and practical teaching content,ability improvement training,course assessment,course summary and feedback,etc.The results of reform practice shows that students'learning achievements,learning interests,scientific research interests,comprehensive abilities and other aspects have been improved.Although the introduction of the OBE concept into the teaching of the course"Fruit and Vegetable Storage and Transportation"has achieved initial results,further optimization should be carried out in the subsequent curriculum reform by combining internet teaching with students'personal interests,strengths,and skill levels,with the goal of transforming results into deeper practical teaching.
