摘　　要：青岛农业大学食品科学与工程专业于2019年获批国家级一流本科专业建设点,“粮油食品工艺学(双语)”课程于2023年5月获批教育部第2批国家级一流本科课程(线下)。为进一步提升人才培养质量、推进一流本科课程和一流本科专业建设,本文对该课程的教学改革情况进行梳理总结,为食品专业其他相关课程的教学改革提供参考。课程重塑了学生培养目标和课程教学目标,持续改进了教学内容和方法,以学生为中心,形成了以提高学生粮油加工实践能力、创新创业竞赛为导向的教学特色。课程教学改革切实推动了课程建设和专业建设的高质量发展。The major of food science and Engineering of Qingdao Agricultural University was approved as the national first-class undergraduate major construction site in 2019.The course of"Grain,Oil and Food Technology(Bilingual)"was approved by the Ministry of Education in May 2023 as the second batch of national first-class undergraduate courses(offine).In order to further improve the quality of talent cultivation and to promote the construction of first-class undergraduate courses and first-class undergraduate majors,this article summarizes the teaching reform of this course,providing reference for the teaching reform of other related courses in the food industry.The course reshapes the students'training objectives and teaching objectives,continuously improves teaching content and methods,and focuses on students,forming a teaching feature oriented towards improving students'practical abilities in grain and oil processing and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions.The teaching reform of this course had effectively promoted the high-quality development of curriculum and professional construction.
