摘 要:对高校思政课数字教材质量进行评价,有助于检测数字教材教学适用性,探察数字教材潜在性风险,进而实现数字教材高质量建设。思政课数字教材既有作为思政课教材的价值坚守,又具有数字化技术产品的特质以及作为电子出版物的独特属性,这些为思政课数字教材质量评价提供了基本理据。据此,要从思想政治引领、教材内容编排、教材呈现样态、教学过程适用、数字技术应用等维度构建思政课数字教材建设质量评价的指标体系,并从提升评价主体胜任力、增强评价方法多样性、注重评价过程高效性、凸显评价结果客观性、重视评价机制支撑力等方面入手,切实将高校思政课数字教材质量评价向纵深推进。To evaluate the quality of digital teaching materials for ideological and Political courses in colleges and universities is helpful to detect the applicability of digital teaching materials and explore the potential risks of digital teaching materials,so as to realize the high-quality construction of digital teaching materials.Digital textbooks for ideological and political courses not only have the value of adherence as ideological and political courses,but also have the characteristics of digital technology products and the unique attributes of electronic publications,which provide the basic rationale for the quality evaluation of digital textbooks for ideological and political courses.Therefore,it is necessary to construct an index system for the quality evaluation of digital teaching materials for ideological and political courses from such dimensions as ideological and political guidance,textbook content arrangement,textbook presentation pattern,teaching process application,and digital technology application,and start from the aspects of improving the competence of evaluation subjects,enhancing the diversity of evaluation methods,emphasizing the efficiency of evaluation process,highlighting the objectivity of evaluation results,and emphasizing the supporting force of evaluation mechanism.The quality evaluation of digital teaching materials for ideological and political courses in colleges and universities should be promoted in depth.
