摘　　要：柔性管理是一种基于现代化管理理念的新型管理模式,能使班主任更加注重学生的身心健康,建立和谐的师生关系,为学生创设良好的学习氛围,促进学生健康发展。文章对中职班主任柔性管理工作展开探讨,从柔性管理的含义与特点出发,分析柔性管理在中职班主任管理工作中的重要意义,并针对中职班主任管理工作中存在的问题进行分析,进而提出相应的解决策略,旨在提升班级管理效果,促进学生身心健康发展。Flexible management is a new management model based on modern management concepts,which can make class teachers pay more attention to students'physical and mental health,establish harmonious teacher-student relationships,create a good learning atmosphere for students,and promote their healthy development.The article explores the flexible management work of vocational class teachers,starting from the meaning and characteristics of flexible management,analyzes the important significance of flexible management in the management work of vocational class teachers,and analyzes the problems existing in the management work of vocational class teachers,and then proposes corresponding solutions,aiming to improve the effectiveness of class management and promote the physical and mental health development of students.
