摘  要:目的探讨基于综合学生成长模型(ISGM)理论的思维导图式反思日记在健康评估理论教学中的应用效果。方法以166名护理专业本科生(简称护生)为研究对象,在健康评估课程教学中引入基于ISGM理论的思维导图式反思日记,比较教学前后护生自我导向学习和评判性思维能力的变化。结果教学后,护生自我导向学习和评判性思维能力明显提升。结论基于ISGM理论的思维导图式反思日记不仅有助于培养护生自我导向学习能力,而且能显著提升其评判性思维能力,巩固教学成果,是有效的护理教学方法。Objective To explore the application effect of a mind guided reflective diary based on the Integrative Student Growth Model(ISGM)theory in the teaching of health assessment theory.Methods 166 nursing undergraduates(referred to as nursing students)were selected as the research subjects,and a mind guided reflective diary based on ISGM theory was introduced into the teaching of health assessment courses.The changes in self-directed learning and critical thinking abilities of nursing students before and after the teaching were compared.Results After teaching,nursing students′self-directed learning and critical thinking abilities significantly improved.Conclusion The reflective diary based on ISGM theory is not only helpful in cultivating nursing students′self-directed learning ability,but also significantly improves their critical thinking ability and consolidates teaching achievements.It is an effective nursing teaching method.
