基于变论域模糊理论的高低温试验箱温度控制研究

摘  要:高低温试验箱的控温系统具有非线性、热惯性等特点,在常规PID控制下会出现超调量过高、调节时间过长的问题。针对此问题,提出了基于变论域模糊PID控制的高低温试验箱控温方法。根据高低温试验箱的工作原理及控温特点,建立了高低试验箱传递函数模型,设计了基于自适应伸缩因子的变论域模糊控制器并使用Simulink进行控制系统的仿真研究。实验验证表明,应用变论域模糊控制的高低温试验的超调量和调节时间相比于模糊PID和常规PID分别降低了6.8%、166 s和16.5%、349 s。The temperature control system of the high and low temperature test chamber has the characteristics of nonlinearity and thermal inertia,and the problems of high overshoot and long adjustment time will occur under the conventional PID control.To solve this problem,the temperature control method of the high and low temperature test chamber based on variable domain fuzzy PID control is proposed.According to the working principle and temperature control characteristics of the high and low temperature test chamber,the transfer function model of the high and low temperature test chamber is established,the variable domain fuzzy controller based on the adaptive scaling factor is designed and Simulink is used for the simulation study of the control system.Experimental verification indicates that the overshoot and regulation time of the high and low temperature test with the application of variable domain fuzzy control are reduced by 6.8%,166 s and 16.5%,349 s compared with fuzzy PID and conventional PID,respectively.
