摘 要:目的分析案例教学(case-based learning,CBL)联合问题式学习(problem-based learning,PBL)在营养学带教中的应用效果。方法选择2021年7月—2022年5月期间于菏泽医学专科学校营养科进行实习的82名实习生作为研究对象,以实习时间分为两组,其中2021年7—12月实习的41名实习生为对照组,2022年1—5月实习的41名实习生为研究组。对照组接受常规营养学带教,研究组采用CBL联合PBL模式进行营养学带教。比较两组实习生营养学的教学成绩,以及对于带教的满意度。结果研究组营养学理论考核与技能考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组对于带教的总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CBL联合PBL教学模式在营养学带教中的应用效果较为理想,可以有效提高教学成绩与带教满意度。Objective To analyze the application effect of case-based learning(CBL)combined with problem-based learning(PBL)in nutrition teaching.Methods 82 interns who interned in the Nutrition Department of Heze Medical College from July 2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into two groups based on their internship time.Among them,41 interns who interned from July to December 2021 were selected as the control group,and 41 interns who interned from January to May 2022 were selected as the research group.The control group received routine nutrition education,while the research group used a CBL combined with PBL model for nutrition education.Compare the teaching performance of two groups of interns in nutrition and their satisfaction with teaching.Results The results of the nutritional theory assessment and skill assessment in the research group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of the research group with teaching was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of CBL combined with PBL teaching model in nutrition teaching is ideal.It can effectively improve teaching results and teaching satisfaction.
