摘 要:目的:探究分析启发式教学在泌尿外科临床教学中的应用效果。方法:2017年1月至2017年12月,共有80名实习医生在本院泌尿外科临床实习,按照计算机随机数字法将实习医生分为试验组(n=40)与对照组(n=40),分别给予启发式临床教学与传统临床教学,比较两组教学效果。结果:试验组理论知识得分、病历书写得分、病案分析得分、病例诊疗得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组教学满意度(课堂氛围、师生互动、学习兴趣、积极参与性、自主分析能力、独立思考能力、自主问题解决能力、临床操作技能提高、学习效率、团队合作能力、沟通交流能力、可在其他科室推广、对教学比较很满意)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在泌尿外科临床教学中应用启发式教学,可有效提高教学效率、教学质量及实习医生的实习效果,帮助实习医生将理论知识转变为实际能力,充分锤炼实习医生的综合能力。Objective:To explore and analyze the application and effectiveness of heuristic teaching in clinical urology teaching.Methods:From January 2017 to December 2017,a total of 80 interns conducted clinical rotations in the urology department of our hospital.They were randomly divided into a heuristic group and a traditional group using computer-generated random numbers.Each group received either heuristic clinical teaching or traditional clinical teaching.The teaching outcomes of the two groups were compared.Results:The heuristic group of 40 interns scored higher than the traditional group in theoretical knowledge exams,medical record writing,case analysis,and case diagnosis and treatment(P<0.05).The heuristic group of 40 interns had higher levels of satisfaction with teaching(classroom atmosphere,teacher-student interaction,learning interest,active participation,independent analysis ability,independent thinking ability,independent problem-solving ability,improvement in clinical operation skills,learning efficiency,teamwork ability,communication skills,applicability to other departments,and overall satisfaction)compared to the traditional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of heuristic teaching in clinical urology teaching can effectively improve teaching efficiency and quality,enhance the learning outcomes of interns,help interns translate theoretical knowledge into practical skills,and develop their comprehensive abilities.It is worth promoting the use of heuristic teaching in various departments.
