摘　　要：在线成人医学继续教育是全日制医学高等教育、职业教育的延续和补充,是为国家和社会培养医疗人才的重要途径,从教学难度、毕业严格程度上来看似乎弱于高等教育和职业教育,但在培养成长型人才方面继续教育的意义重大。文章通过分析在线成人医学继续教育存在问题的基础上,提出构建客观、全面的教学质量评价标准,完善在线成人医学继续教育教学管理系统,构建高效在线成人医学继续教育学习环境,构建在线成人医学继续教育教学质量保障体系等策略,助推高校继续教育的发展,培养更多应用型医学人才。Online adult medical continuing education is the extension and supplement of full-time medical higher education and vocational education,and is an important way to cultivate medical talents for the country and society.From the perspective of teaching difficulty and graduation rigor,it seems to be weaker than higher education and vocational education,but it is of great significance in cultivating growing talents.Based on analyzing the existing problems of online adult medical continuing education,this paper proposes several strategies,including establishing objective and comprehensive standards of teaching quality evaluation,improving the teaching management system of online adult medical continuing education,constructing efficient learning environment of online adult medical continuing education and building quality assurance system of online adult medical continuing education,so as to boost the development of continuing education in colleges and universities and cultivate more applied medical talents.
