摘　　要：概述气调保鲜技术,列举了气调保鲜技术在粮食储藏中的应用,对气调储粮技术推广应用存在的问题进行阐述,为气调储粮技术的发展提供参考。This paper provides an overview of gas preservation technology,lists the applications of gas preservation technology in grain storage,and elaborates on the problems and prospects of gas storage technology development and utilization,so as to provide reference for the development of gas storage technology.
