摘　　要：妇产科学是一门涵盖面广,综合性强的学科,以教师授课为主的教学法(lecture-based learning,LBL)是既往妇产科教学中最常采用的方法。运用多元化的现代教学方法,将以问题为导向的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)、以案例为基础的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)、情景模拟教学法、标准视频教学法、微信平台等多种现代教学方法有效结合并灵活运用于教学实践中,通过立体化、形象化和多元化的现代教学方法提高学生主动学习能力及兴趣性,最大程度发挥教学方法的功能,实现教学效果的最优化,促进临床学生岗位胜任力的提升,培养优秀的临床医学生。Obstetrics and gynecology is a broad and comprehensive subject.Lecture-based learning(LBL)is the most commonly used method in obstetrics and gynecology teaching in the past.Using diversified modern teaching methods to integrate problem-based learning(PBL)and case-based learning(CBL),standard video teaching method,scene simulation teaching method,WeChat platform and so on,through the three-dimensional,visualization and diversity of modern teaching methods,to improve students'active learning abilities and interests,maximize the function of the teaching methods,achieve the optimization of teaching effect,promote post competency of clinical students and cultivate excellent clinical medical students.
