摘　　要：研究生是国家高层次人才,是国家科技发展的关键力量。新的时代背景下,如何培养中医学专业研究生是社会广泛关注的问题。当前我国中医基础学科学术型研究生培养面临诸多问题,包括科研基础薄弱,院校培养机制有待加强和完善,科研思维和意识有待提升,基础设施建设滞后等。为改善这一现状,现提出以下应对措施:改革课程设置、优化教学资源,加强学科建设、创新培养机制,加强自我管理、建立考核制度,加强规范培训、强调入室安全。旨在为深入推进我国中医研究生培养机制改革、进一步提高学术型研究生科研能力和综合素质提供参考。Graduate students are high-level talents in the country and a key force in the development of science and technology.In the new era,how to cultivate graduate students majoring in traditional Chinese medicine is a widely concerned issue in society.At present,the cultivation of academic graduate students in the basic discipline of traditional Chinese medicine in China faces many problems,including weak scientific research foundation,the need to strengthen and improve the training mechanism of universities,the need to improve scientific research thinking and awareness,and the lagging infrastructure construction.To improve this situation,this article proposes the following countermeasures:reforming curriculum,optimizing teaching resources,strengthening subject construction,innovating training mechanisms,strengthening self-management,establishing assessment systems,strengthening standardized training,and emphasizing entry safety.The aim is to provide reference for deepening the reform of the training mechanism for traditional Chinese medicine graduate students in China,and further improving the scientific research ability and comprehensive quality of academic graduate students.
