摘　　要：以习近平同志为核心的党中央高度重视学校美育,推动构建美育与德育、智育、体育、劳动教育相融合的教育体系。高校公共艺术教育作为高等学校实施学校美育的主阵地和主渠道,既承载了落实美育育人价值、弘扬中华美育精神、促进学生全人发展的重要价值功能,也面临诸多现实发展困境。对此,应当积极转变教育理念,回归美育育人初心,着力提升教育品质,建构正向激励机制,以更好推动高校公共艺术教育实现高质量发展。As the main battlefield and channel for implementing school aesthetic education,public art education in universities not only carries the important value functions of implementing the value of aesthetic education,promoting the spirit of Chinese aesthetic education,and promoting the comprehensive development of students,but also faces many practical development difficulties.In this regard,we should actively change our educational philosophy,return to the original intention of aesthetic education,actively improve the quality of education,and construct a positive incentive mechanism to better promote the high-quality development of public art education in universities.
