摘 要:应用型本科高校是我国高等教育的重要组成部分。有效提升教师教学能力是实现应用型本科高校快速转型、高质量发展的关键。对应用型本科高校教师教学能力及存在的问题进行分析与梳理,指出在激发教师教学能力发展的内驱力、教学能力提升的外部支持、教学能力的有效监管及协同联动机制等方面需要更新和改革的部分。学校应建立健全管理机制,强化制度保障,助力教师逐步融入社会改革和地方区域发展,提高教师素质,不断提升教学能力,培养服务地方经济建设的高质量应用型人才。Application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities are an important component of higher education in China.Effectively improving teachers teaching ability is the key to achieving rapid transformation and high-quality development of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities.Analyzing and sorting out the teaching abilities of teachers and existing problems of application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities,it is pointed out that updates and reforms are needed in stimulating the internal driving force for the development of teachers teaching abilities,external support for improving teaching abilities,effective supervision of teaching abilities,and collaborative mechanisms.Schools should establish and improve management mechanisms,strengthen institutional guarantees,assist teachers in gradually integrating into social reform and local regional development,enhance their applied qualities,continuously improve their teaching abilities,and cultivate high-quality applied talents who serve local economic construction.
