摘 要:教育学研究生与导师的关系直接影响到教育学学科的发展与教育学研究生的培养质量,为促进教育学研究生与导师关系的和谐发展,笔者借助扎根理论,采用质性研究方法,通过对全国8所师范类院校的16位在校教育学硕士研究生的访谈资料进行三级编码分析,归纳出影响教育学研究生导生交往关系的因素,主要包括导师的教学内容、方式、态度、期愿,以及相对应的学生求学的内容、途径、态度与方向,并且外部环境影响着师生双方的关系发展方向,据此构建了理想的有助于教育学研究生导生关系和谐发展的导生交往关系模式。The relationship between pedagogy graduate students and their supervisors directly affects the development of pedagogy and the training quality of pedagogy postgraduates.In order to promote the harmonious development of the relationship between pedagogical graduate students and their supervisors,this study uses grounded theory and qualitative research methods.Three-level coding analysis was carried out on the interview data of 16 postgraduates in education in 8 normal colleges and universities,and the factors affecting the relationship between postgraduates in education were summarized,mainly including the teaching content,methods,attitudes and expectations of the supervisors.,as well as the corresponding content,approach,attitude and direction of students'study,and the external environment affects the development direction of the relationship between teachers and students.Based on this,an ideal mentor-student interaction that is conducive to the harmonious development of the graduate student mentoring relationship in education is constructed.relational schema.
