摘 要:高职生的学习投入是衡量高职院校教育教学质量的重要指标。为探讨高职生学习投入的影响因素及其作用机制,采用职业同一性量表、成就目标定向问卷、学业自我效能感问卷以及学习投入量表对977名高职生进行调查。结果显示:高职生的职业同一性正向预测学习投入;成就目标定向和学业自我效能感在高职生职业同一性与学习投入的关系中起中介作用;成就目标定向和学业自我效能感在高职生职业同一性与学习投入的关系中起链式中介作用。因此,高职院校应该促进高职生职业同一性发展,帮助其树立正确成就目标定向,提升学业自我效能感,以增进其学习投入程度。The academic engagement of vocational college students is an important index to measure the quality of education and teaching in vocational colleges.In order to explore the influencing factors and mechanism of vocational college students'academic engagement,977 vocational college students were investigated by vocational identity scale,achievement goal orientation questionnaire,academic self-efficacy questionnaire and academic engagement scale.The results showed that:(I)vocational identity positively predicted academic engagement;(2)achievement goal orientation and academic self-efficacy played a mediating role in the relationship between vocational identity and academic engagement;(3)achievement goal orientation and academic self-efficacy played a chain mediating role in the relationship between vocational identity and academic engagement.Therefore,vocational colleges should promote the development of vocational identity of vocational college students,help establish correct achievement goal orientation,enhance academic self-efficacy,and improve their academic engagement.
