摘  要:为解决普通遗传学教学中普遍存在的“教学理念滞后、教学内容陈旧、教学模式僵化、考核方式单一、课程思政薄弱”等问题,不断进行教学创新探索,提出了一系列有针对性的解决方案。转变教学理念,推动课程创新改革;重构教学内容,达成跨学科知识体系融合;创新教学方法与手段,完成科研反哺教学;优化考核方式,注重专业能力与素质培养;深挖思政资源,实现情感、态度与价值培育。为学生后续深造中的专业课程学习奠定基础,旨在培养更多满足素质教育要求的高质量新型农业人才。In order to solve the common problems such as“lagging teaching idea,outdated teaching content,rigescent teaching model,single assessment method and weak curriculum ideology and politics”during the teaching process,the team has continuously explored teaching innovation and proposed a series of targeted solutions such as transforming teaching concept to promote curriculum reform,reconstructing the teaching content to achieve interdisciplinary knowledge system integration,innovating teaching methods to make scientific research to bring forth teaching,optimizing assessment methods to pay more attention to the cultivation of professional ability and quality and excavating ideological and political resources to achieve the cultivation of emotion,attitude and value,which would help students to lay a foundation for further professional courses.The series of teaching innovations aimed to cultivate more high-quality agricultural talents to meet the requirements of well-round education.
