摘 要:师德是教师的职业要求,是做好教育的基础。新时代对师德有更高的要求,只有德才兼备的“人师”才能培养全面发展、德能兼备的学生。发展师德修养主要靠教师个人自主、自律的进取心和学校文化环境的熏陶。要构建形成良好师德的学校文化,包括正确的观念文化、浓郁的学习文化、严谨的研究文化和奋进的团队文化。教师的师德发展既要重视教师师德的隐性成分,即观念认同、价值取向的文化建设,也要重视教师师德的显性成分,如语言习惯、行为习惯等方面。Teacher morality is the professional requirements of teachers and the foundation for quality education.Only tachers who possess both morality and talent an cultivate students with comprehensive development.In the new era,there are higher requirements for teacher morality,and teachers should be role modes with firm educat ional beliefs and good educat ional emotions.Tacher morality is a comprehensive reflection of teachers’educational concepts,values,words and action.Teacher morality is nurured by exoellent school culture.Schools should.establish a system that is conducive to the formation of good teacher morality and fair and impartial implementing system,create the environment that encourages teachers to conduct independent development and self-discipline in an enterprising manner,establish school concept system and institutional norm system to lay foundation for teacher morality development,establish the system and explanatory rule for the standardization of tcachers'words and action to ensure the unity of external and implicit components of teacher morality,and establish excellent team composed of teachers with educational ideals and dedication.In educational and teaching practice,implement ing cultural construction can orm good teacher morality.To form excellent teacher morality,it is necessary to follow correct ideas and values.Love for students and education is the core of teacher concept culture and what teachers do is more important than what they say,s0 teachers should develop students’character and cultivate their morality through efective activities.Teachers should design active and participatory moral education courses and design activity projects aimed at developing students’character.Schools should est ablish the learning culture that pursues progress,continuous learning,and self-improvement,encourage teachers to conduct continuous re-search on education and teaching,implement project explora tion and learning,and set high require-ment for work.Teachers should form the research culture that pu
