护教协同育人模式在高职“基础护理学”课程教学中的应用探究

摘  要:“护教协同”育人模式因具有便于学生熟悉实习环境、利于学生掌握前沿知识等优点,已逐渐被应用于高职护理专业课程教学。文章从高职“基础护理学”课程的教学现状及护教协同育人模式在“基础护理学”课程中的应用策略等两方面展开探讨,对组建护教协同育人的课程团队、开展护教协同育人的课程建设、重构护教协同育人的课程模块等八个方面深入探索如何将护教协同育人模式应用于“基础护理学”课程教学,以提升高职护生的职业技能和素养。The"nursing teaching collaboration"education model has gradually been applied to the teaching of nursing courses in vocational colleges due to its advantages of facilitating students to familiarize themselves with the internship environment and enabling them to master cutting-edge knowledge.The article explores the current teaching situation of the"basic nursing"course in vocational colleges and the application strategies of the nursing education collaborative education model in the"basic nursing"course.It deeply explores how to apply the nursing education collaborative education model to the teaching of the"basic nursing"course from eight aspects:establishing a nursing education collaborative education course team,carrying out the course construction of nursing education collaborative education,and reconstructing the course module of nursing education collaborative education,to enhance the professional skills and literacy of higher vocational nursing students.
