摘  要:目的探究思政式教育现代化教学模式在医学专业课程中的应用效果。方法2019年9月—2020年1月,选择佳木斯大学2017级(大三)医学专业学生600名作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为参照组、试验组,各300名。参照组采用常规教学,试验组采用思政式教育现代化教学模式,比较两组教学效果。结果试验组考核优良率为98.33%,高于参照组的94.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的团队合作能力、学习积极性、职业素养、掌握知识点评分均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。试验组理论成绩、病例分析、综合成绩均高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论思政式教育现代化教学模式可提升医学专业学生的考核成绩,进而增强学生的学习积极性及自我管理能力,能够引导学生树立正确理想信念、价值取向和政治信仰,促进团队合作能力的增强,提升教学质量。Objective To explore the application effect of ideological and political education modern teaching mode in medical professional courses.Methods From September 2019 to January 2020,a total of 600 medical students of grade 2017(junior year)in Jiamusi University were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the reference group(conventional teaching)and the experimental group(ideological and political education modern teaching mode)with 300 cases in each group,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The excellent and good rate of experimental group was 98.33%,which was higher than 94.33%of reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of teamwork ability,learning enthusiasm,professional quality and knowledge mastery of experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The theoretical scores,case analysis and comprehensive scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those of reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.001).Conclusion The modern teaching mode of ideological and political education can improve the examination results of medical students,and then enhance their learning enthusiasm and self-management ability,guide students to establish correct ideal and belief,value orientation and political belief,promote the enhancement of teamwork ability and improve the quality of teaching.
