摘 要:本研究旨在分析麻醉学临床教学中基于质量反馈的反思性教学方法的效果,通过查阅国内外文献,对基于质量反馈的反思性教学在临床带教中的效果进行了归纳和总结。该方法结合及时反馈和自我反思,有效地辅助学员改善临床实践和提升职业技能。文章综合对比了国内外的研究成果,发现这种教学方法在麻醉学临床教学中具有明显优势。具体来说,它不仅能显著提升学员的专业成绩和临床技能,还有助于发展其临床思维能力,同时也能够提高教师的教学水平。基于质量反馈的反思性教学法在麻醉学临床教学中具有显著的应用潜力,有望成为一种高效的教学模式。This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of reflective teaching methods based on quality feedback in clinical anesthesia education.Through the review of domestic and international literature,the effects of reflective teaching based on quality feedback in clinical teaching were summarized and concluded.This method,combining timely feedback and self-reflection,effectively assists students in improving clinical practice and enhancing professional skills.A comprehensive comparison of domestic and international research findings revealed significant advantages of this teaching method in clinical anesthesia education.Specifically,it not only significantly improves students'academic performance and clinical skills,but also contributes to the development of their clinical thinking abilities,and it enhances the teaching level of the instructors.In summary,the reflective teaching method based on quality feedback has significant potential for application in clinical anesthesia education and is expected to become an efficient teaching model.
