摘 要:职业教育与劳动教育有天然的联系,却在实践中存在多种误读。将劳动教育与专业实践混同、与谋生手段混同、与思政教育混同,分别是劳动教育窄化、劳动教育异化与劳动教育虚化在职业教育中的体现。产生这些误读的原因主要是对劳动概念、劳动价值观以及劳动与教育的关系认知不清,深入分析这些误读的原因并正确解读马克思“教育与生产劳动相结合”思想是化解劳动教育在职业教育中误读的前提与关键。在此基础上,职业教育通过校企合作打造劳动教育的协同育人体系,以专业实践为载体重塑劳动价值观,以产教融合为途径诠释“教育与生产劳动相结合”的真谛,从而解答劳动教育在职业院校的若干误读并让劳动教育在职业教育中理性回归。There is a natural connection between vocational education and labor education,but there are various misunderstandings in practice.The confusion between labor education and professional practice,livelihood methods,and ideological and political education is respectively reflected in the narrowing,alienation,and emptiness of labor education in vocational education.The main reason for these misunderstandings is a lack of clear understanding of the concept of labor,labor values,and the relationship between labor and education.A thorough analysis of the reasons for these misunderstandings and a correct interpretation of Marx's idea of"combination of education and productive labor"are the prerequisite and key to resolving misunderstandings on labor education in vocational education.Based on this,vocational education creates a collaborative education system for labor education through school-enterprise cooperation,reshapes labor values through professional practice,and interprets the true essence of"combination of education and productive labor"through the integration of industry and education,thereby answering several misunderstandings of labor education in vocational colleges and allowing labor education to return rationally in vocational education.
