摘  要:目的探讨护理本科实习生在实习中后期的临床思维能力状况及影响因素,对存在的问题进行分析,为改进学校教学模式和完善医院考核评价体系提供借鉴。方法采用医学生临床思维能力量表,以便利抽样法选取160名护理本科实习生进行调查。结果医学生临床思维能力量表得分为(64.40±11.02)分,是否了解临床思维能力、是否喜欢结交朋友、认为护理专业是否需要培养临床思维能力、在每个科室参加教学查房的频次、对护理专业的兴趣等,是护理本科生临床思维能力的影响因素。结论护理本科实习生临床思维能力较好,但仍需加强。教学医院要以临床实践为基础,对护理本科生的临床思维能力进行全面评估考核,以促进其更好地发展。Objective To explore the clinical thinking ability and influencing factors of undergraduate nursing interns in the middle and later stages of internship,analyze the existing problems,and provide reference for improving the teaching model in school and improving the assessment and evaluation system in hospital.Methods With the Medical Student Clinical Thinking Ability Scale,16 undergraduate nursing interns were selected for investigation with convenience sampling method.Results The score of the Medical Student Clinical Thinking Ability Scale was(64.40±11.02),and factors affecting the clinical thinking ability of nursing undergraduates included understanding of clinical thinking ability,liking to make friends,whether nursing majors need to cultivate clinical thinking ability,frequency of participating in teaching rounds in each department,and interest in nursing majors.Conclusion Undergraduate nursing interns have excellent clinical thinking abilities,but they still need to be strengthened.Teaching hospitals should comprehensively evaluate and assess the clinical thinking abilities of nursing undergraduates based on clinical practice,so as to promote their better development.
