摘 要:在卓越教师培养语境下,将有限的男幼师资源转化成优质新生代幼儿师资力量,是我国幼儿园教师队伍质量提升和学前教育事业发展实现弯道超车的创新路径。卓越男幼师的专业特质有以下表征:高远家国情怀的践行者与传递者、幼儿人格完整发展的生态环境平衡者、幼儿园多样性课程文化的建构者、幼儿教育提质升级的反思性实践者。为奠定卓越男幼师专业特质形成基础,高校在幼儿教师职前培养过程中需要建构以下四个体系:立体真实、知行合一的师德养成体系;整合融通、凸显男性气质的课程体系;全程递进、行动反思的实践教学体系;指向集中、多元立体的增值评价体系。Combining with the training requirements of excellent teachers,transforming the“limited”male students resources into high-quality kindergarten teachers of the new generation is an important way for the quality-improving of kindergarten teachers in China,and so that it can achieve overtaking in curves.In practice,the professional traits of excellent male kindergarten teachers can be characterized as fourfold roles:the practitioners with strong patriotism;the ecological environment balance of the development of children's complete personality;the constructor of the diversified curriculum culture in kindergartens;and the reflective practitioners of early childhood education upgrading.This paper puts forward four paths for the pre-service training of excellent male teachers:First,Creating a system of integrating knowledge and action to develop teacher ethics;second,adopting a curriculum system that highlights masculinity;third,implementing a whole-process reflective practice teaching system;and forth,building a value-added evaluation system.
