摘 要:人才振兴是乡村振兴的突破口,课程思政是激发学生家国情怀、使命担当的重要举措,如何做好涉农专业的课程思政,培养出“靠得住、用得上、留得下”的高素质技能型人才是一个亟待解决的问题。基于果蔬加工工作岗位的分析,设计果蔬加工技术课程思政,首先进行系统规划,明确思政目标,搭建课程思政整体框架,然后分析典型工作任务,列出工作要素、工作情境的可变因素,再对照课程思政目标提取可变因素,设计学习任务情境,使思政元素的融入达到盐溶于水的效果。教学实践证明,基于工作岗位分析设计课程思政,并设计外显化课程思政评价考核体系,有助于提高教学效果,促进涉农专业课程思政教学改革。Talent revitalization is the breakthrough point of rural revitalization,and curriculum ideological and political education is an important measure to stimulate students'patriotism and mission.How to do a good job in curriculum ideological and political education for agricultural majors and cultivate high-quality skilled talents who are reliable,useful and retain is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the analysis of job positions in fruit and vegetable processing,a course on"fruit and vegetable processing technology"ideological and political education is designed.Firstly,a systematic planning is carried out to clarify ideological and political goals,and an overall framework for the course ideological and political education is constructed.Then,typical work tasks are analyzed,and variable factors of work elements and work situations are listed.Next,variable factors are extracted by comparing with the course ideological and political goals,and learning task scenarios are designed to achieve the effect of integrating ideological and political elements smoothly.Teaching practice has proven that designing ideological and political courses based on job position analysis and designing an external evaluation and assessment system for ideological and political courses can help improve teaching effectiveness and promote the reform of ideological and political education in agricultural related specialties.
