基于社会文化理论视角的合作行动研究情境下英语教师转变影响因素探析

摘　　要：本研究采用质性个案研究方法,对高校研究者与小学英语教师合作行动研究项目进行历时2年的跟踪调查,以自愿加入研究的4位小学英语教师为研究参与者,以社会文化理论为研究视角,通过对访谈记录、实地观察、教师日志及相关文本等研究资料进行收集与分析,探究发现合作行动研究情境下教师主体、中介工具、社会情境等因素会影响教师转变,且这些因素由内及外以不同的方式促进或制约教师转变。This study probed into primary English teacher change through two years of an collaborative action research project with the university researchers.This paper,from a sociocultural perspective,took a multi-case approach with four primary English teachers as participants who voluntarily joined the action research project.Data collected includes interviews,classroom and field observations,teacher logs and related documentation,and the analysis shows that teacher change was affected by factors as the subject,mediating tools and community of practice and the social context.
