摘　　要：现代学徒制可以有效增强学生的就业能力,使其顺利适应工作岗位。分析现代学徒制实施的意义、必要性、可行性,针对当前建筑工程技术专业教学中存在的问题,提出现代学徒制下建筑工程技术专业学生职业能力培养策略。Modern apprenticeship system can effectively enhance the employment ability of students and make them adapt to the work position smoothly.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing the significance,necessity,feasibility and talent training mode of modern apprenticeship system,this paper aims at the problems existing in the current teaching of architectural engineering technology,and studies how to develop the professional ability of the students in the major of architectural engineering technology with the modern apprenticeship system.
