摘 要:当今时代,科技推动着商业发展,Z世代被认为比其他几代人更向往舒适、更善于交际,然而这一代人的高离职率却给企业造成了很大的影响。本文通过问卷调查法对K公司Z世代员工进行调查,研究其可能影响Z世代员工离职的潜在驱动因素,以社会交换理论为基础,通过建立离职倾向的相关性模型,探讨了员工离职可能受到直接上级、企业制度、企业环境、企业福利的影响,最终得出了直接上级对Z世代员工的离职倾向有着中介作用的结论。针对K公司员工离职倾向的影响结果,本文提出了相关性意见和建议,仅供参考。Nowadays,technology drives business development,and Generation Z is considered to be longing for a more comfortable life and be more sociable than other generations,yet the high turnover rate of this generation has a great impact on companies.This paper investigates Generation Z employees in Company K through the questionnaire survey method to study the potential driving factors that may aff ect the departure of Generation Z employees.Based on the social exchange theory and by establishing a correlation model of the turnover tendency,this paper explores the influence of employees’departure that may be affected by their direct supervisors,corporate system,corporate environment,and corporate welfare,and fi nally concludes that direct superiors have a mediating eff ect on the tendency of Generation Z employees to resign their jobs.The paper makes relevant comments and suggestions on the results of the infl uence of employee turnover tendency in K Company,for reference.
