摘　　要：实施质量控制可以提高实验室检测的准确性和可靠性,对于保障食品安全具有重要意义。本文对食品微生物检测实验室质量控制的核心作用进行系统分析,明确了食品微生物检测的主要内容,指出应从构建完善的质量管理体系、加强实验室仪器设备的管理、优化实验室检测环境、规范实验室检测工作流程及提高实验室检测人员专业水平等方面开展实验室质量控制工作。The implementation of quality control can improve the accuracy and reliability of laboratory testing,which is of great significance for ensuring food safety.This paper systematically analyzes the core role of quality control in food microbiology testing laboratories,clarifies the main content of food microbiology testing,and points out that laboratory quality control should be carried out from the construction of a perfect quality management system,strengthen the management of laboratory instruments and equipment,optimize the laboratory testing environment,improve the laboratory testing workflow and improve the professional level of laboratory testing personnel.
