摘 要:建立完善的质量控制体系,实施标准化的质量控制策略,对保证食品微生物检验质量,防范食源性疾病具有重要意义。为此,实验室需要建立设备设施管理和环境监测体系,设定科学的质控指标并监测质量变化。同时,开展内部质控和外部评价,持续改进检验过程,以确保结果的准确可靠。The establishment of a perfect quality control system and the implementation of standardized quality control strategies are of great significance in ensuring the quality of food microbiological inspection and preventing foodborne diseases.To this end,laboratories need to establish equipment and facilities management and environmental monitoring systems,set scientific quality control indicators and monitor quality changes.At the same time,internal quality control and external evaluation are carried out to continuously improve the microbiological inspection process to ensure accurate and reliable results.
