摘  要:近年来,法国在欧洲教育一体化的趋势推动下,积极参与欧洲教育区建设,以期让所有学生都可以得到优质教育。同时,法国国内暴露的教师职业吸引力下降、基础教育质量低、教师教育缺乏同质性等教育问题,也影响着法国近年来教师教育的改革与具体走向。文章采用文献分析、主题分析的研究方法,梳理总结了当前法国教师教育的发展动向与实践,即以欧洲教育区为战略导向、中央集权式的教师教育改革、提高教师职业吸引力、以教师专业标准为基石、理论+实践的职前教育模式、提高教师数字化能力、促进教师合作与流动性。上述动态趋势既适应了全球化背景下法国对教师能力素养的新要求,也为我国建设高质量教师队伍提供了重要参考。In recent years,driven by the trend towards educational integration in Europe,France has actively participated in the construction of the European Education Area,aiming to ensure that all students have access to quality education.At the same time,domestic issues in France,such as the declining attractiveness of the teaching profession,low quality of basic education,and lack of homogeneity in teacher education,have also influenced the reform and specific direction of French teacher education in recent years.Using methods of literature analysis and thematic analysis,this paper summarizes the current trends and practices in French teacher education.These include strategic orientation towards the European Education Area,centralized teacher education reforms,enhancing the attractiveness of the teaching profession,establishing teacher professional standards,combining theory and practice in pre-service education,improving teachers’digital capabilities,and promoting teacher collaboration and mobility.These dynamic trends not only adapt to France’s new requirements for teacher competencies under globalization but also provide important references for building a high-quality teacher workforce in other countries.
