资源整合视角下医学美容技术教学资源库建设路径研究

摘　　要：信息化教学资源库的建设是学校教育现代化的重点内容,也是我国高等职业教育信息化改革的重要途径与手段。职业院校需完善信息化建设,实现混合教学、泛在学习、个性化学习、精细化管理和智能化服务,通过信息化支撑、引领驱动职业院校现代化进程,同时当前线上线下教学模式的广泛应用需要多元化的教学平台。根据当前医学美容技术专业资源库建设的现状,文章提出以资源整合理论构建专业教学资源库,引进社会各方力量参与资源建设,课程教学设计研究与实践探索;依照“一体化设计、结构化课程、颗粒化资源”的建设思路,构建由专业中心、课程中心、行业文化中心三个部分组成的医学美容技术专业资源库,以提高专业建设质量,使数字化教学资源的设计、开发、制作得以实施。The construction of information teaching resources database is a key content of school education modernization and an important way and means of higher vocational education information reform.Vocational colleges need to improve information construction,realize mixed teaching,ubiquitous learning,personalized learning,fine management and intelligent service,and lead and drive the modernization process of vocational colleges through information support.At the same time,the current widely used online and offline teaching mode needs diversified teaching platforms.According to the current development status of the medical beauty technology specialty,this paper proposes to build a professional teaching resource database based on the resource and integration-based view theory,introduce social forces to participate in the resource construction,and conduct curriculum teaching design research and practical exploration.Follow the construction logic of"integrated design,structured curriculum,and granular resources"to build a medical beauty technology professional resource library consisting of professional resources,curriculum resources,and industrial cultural resources,so as to improve the quality of professional construction and implement the design,development,and production of digital teaching resources.
