摘　　要：高职院校的学生资助工作事关高等职业教育发展和教育公平,对家庭经济困难学生顺利完成学业,实现成长成才和全面发展具有重要意义。在我国脱贫攻坚取得全面胜利后,传统的资助模式已经难以满足家庭经济困难学生的实际需求。对此,高职院校应树立发展型资助育人理念,深刻理解其内涵及基本特征。针对当前资助育人工作中存在的资助认定标准多元化、资助主体单一化、资助形式物质化和发展型理念弱化等问题,高职院校应采取以互联网为载体、制定统一资助认定标准,广泛调动社会力量、形成多元资助主体,通过促进经济帮扶与精神扶志联动、发挥资助育人功能,实施发展型育人策略、确保制度设计精准落地等措施,以发展型理念引领资助育人工作新发展,切实提升高职院校资助育人工作质量。The student funding work in vocational colleges is related to the development of higher vocational education and educational equity.It is of great significance for students from economically disadvantaged families to successfully complete their studies,achieve growth and comprehensive development.After the comprehensive victory in China’s poverty alleviation campaign,the traditional funding model is no longer able to meet the actual needs of students from economically disadvantaged families.In this regard,vocational colleges should establish the concept of development oriented funding education,deeply understand its connotation and basic characteristics.In response to the current problems of diversified funding recognition standards,single funding subjects,materialization of funding forms and weakening of development oriented concept in funding education,vocational colleges should use the Internet as a carrier,formulate unified funding recognition standards,widely mobilize social forces,form diverse funding entities,promote the linkage between economic assistance and spiritual support,play the role of funding education and implement development oriented funding education strategies,ensure the precise implementation of institutional design and other measures,so as to guide the new development of funding education work with a development oriented concept and effectively improve the quality of funding education work in vocational colleges.
