摘　　要：“食品机械与设备”课程是食品类本科专业重要的必修课,对培养学生的利用食品加工机械的实践能力和解决复杂工程问题能力都具有非常重要的作用。为了更好地提升“食品机械与设备”课程的教学质量,结合团队的教学经历,从虚拟仿真实验对“食品机械与设备”课程教学的积极作用、虚拟仿真实验内容与该课程结合方式,以及虚拟仿真实验项目的应用案例几个方面,讨论了虚拟仿真实验在“食品机械与设备”课程教学中的应用,以期为该课程的教学质量改进和学生解决复杂工程能力培养起到良好推动作用。Food Machinery and Equipment is an important course for undergraduate students in food science and engineering,which plays a very important role in cultivating students'abilities of using food machine and solving complex engineering problems.In order to better promote the curriculum teaching quality of Food Machinery and Equipment,based on the teaching experience of our team,this paper discussed the application of virtual simulation experiment in the teaching of Food Machinery and Equipment from the aspects of the positive role of virtual simulation experiment in the teaching of Food Machinery and Equipment,the way of combining virtual simulation experiment with this course,and the application cases of virtual simulation experiments.It was expected that this paper would play a positive role in promoting the teaching quality of Food Machinery and Equipment,and improving the students'ability to solve complex engineering problems.
