摘  要:发酵工程与酶工程是生物制药专业的一门专业核心课程。作为现代生物技术的重要组成部分,该课程教学内容所涉及的学科前沿与科研进展日新月异。为加强学生对课程的全面了解和系统掌握,本文对在课程教学过程中融入学科前沿进展进行了探索与实践。教学实践发现,以教师为主体的讲授法和以学生为主体的Seminar教学法均能促进学生对学科前沿进展的了解和对课程知识点的掌握,有效提升课程教学效果。此外,这种教学方式还有助于培养学生的创新思维、阅读及独立思考能力,为今后从事相关领域的科学研究或技术服务工作打下良好的基础。Fermentation engineering and enzyme engineering is a core course for the biopharmaceuticals major.As the important parts of modern biotechnology,the scientific research of fermentation engineering and enzyme engineering has made continuous progress.In order to strengthen students'comprehensive understanding and systematic mastery of the course,integrating scientific research frontier in the course teaching process was explored and practiced.The results showed that both the teacher-oriented lecture method and student-oriented seminar method could promote students'understanding of the frontier progress as well as course knowledge points,thus effectively improve the effect of course teaching.In addition,it also helps to cultivate students'innovative thinking,reading,and independent thinking abilities,laying a solid foundation for future scientific research or technical service work in related fields.
