摘 要:将区域初中信息科技学业水平评价作为研究对象,从发展脉络中窥见主要做法及取得的经验,分析由此带来的重要启示,即着重发挥评价的激励诊断和促进功能、学业水平评价应以学生为主体面向全体学生、确保公平公正实施学业水平评价,并提出未来新课标实施后开展学业水平评价的思考:秉持增值理念关注个体核心素养发展,以实施学科核心素养作为学业水平评价的价值取向和追求,坚持全方位多角度立体化信息技术评价观,要不断完善和发展基于学科核心素养的学业水平评价。Taking academic proficiency assessment in information technology of the regional junior high schools as a research object,we get a glimpse of the main practice and experience gained from the development vein,analyze the important inspiration brought about by it,i.e.focusing on giving play to the stimulating diagnostic and promotional functions of the assessment.The academic proficiency assessment should take all the students into account,ensure the implementation of the academic proficiency assessment in a fair and just way and put forward reflection on academic proficiency assessment after the implementation of the new curriculum standards:teachers should uphold the value-added concept to pay attention to the development of individual core literacy,take the implementation of disciplinary core literacy as the value orientation and pursuit of academic proficiency assessment and adhere to the all-round and multi-angle three-dimensional view of assessment in information technology to continue to improve and develop academic proficiency assessment from the perspective of the disciplinary core literacy.
