摘 要:隧道式食品油炸机槽体在受热时产生的变形,会影响油炸机的运行稳定性。传统U形槽体变形量最大已达20 mm,导致输送、除渣等机构经常出现故障,一直困扰着设备的生产厂家。缓冲槽结构油炸机槽体热变形量较小,由于存在除渣不彻底、清洗不方便等缺陷,不利广泛推广。H形槽体结构油炸机槽体热变形量最小,可以控制在6 mm以下,在此变形下整机设备运行稳定性得以提高,并且加工难度不高,此技术可在隧道式食品油炸机上推广应用。When tunnel type food fryer is running,deformation of tank body when it is heated will affect operation stability of fryer.The maximum deformation of traditional"U"shaped tank has reached 20 mm,resulting in frequent failures of transportation,slag removal and other mechanisms,which has been plaguing equipment manufacturers.Thermal deformation of tank body of buffer tank structure fryer is small.Due to defects such as incomplete slag removal and inconvenient cleaning,it is not conducive to wide-spread promotion.The minimum thermal deformation of tank body of the"H"shaped tank structure frying machine could be controlled below 6 mm.Under this deformation,operation stability of whole machine can be improved,and it is not difficult to process.This technology can be promoted and applied in tunnel type food fryer.
