摘 要:目的探讨电影教学联合桌面推演法对住院医师突发公共事件应对能力的影响。方法选取2020年3月—2021年3月入培住院医师165名为研究对象。观察组79人,采用电影教学联合桌面推演教学法进行培训;对照组86人,采用常规教学进行突发公共事件应对能力培训。培训后使用灾害准备度、同理心量表进行问卷调查及理论知识考核。结果观察组灾害准备度和共情能力得分分别为(196.48±25.87)分和(49.93±2.89)分,高于对照组(162.87±40.53)分和(44.06±3.76)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组住院医师理论知识考核成绩为(80.75±4.45)分,高于对照组(71.23±5.53)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论电影教学联合桌面推演法可提高住院医师对突发公共事件处置应对能力。Objective To explore the influence of film teaching combined with tabletop rehearsal on residents'ability to cope with public health emergencies.Methods From March 2020 to March 2021,165 residents were selected as research subjects.86 residents in the control group were trained in response to public emergencies by conventional teaching,and 79 residents in the observation group were trained by film teaching combined with the desktop rehearsal teaching method.After training,disaster preparedness,empathy scales and theoretical knowledge examination were used for questionnaire survey.Results After training,the residents'disaster preparedness score in the observation group was(196.48±25.87)points and empathy score was(49.93±2.89)points,which was significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After training,the residents'theoretical knowledge examination score in the observation group was(80.75±4.45),higher than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Film teaching combined with tabletop deduction can improve residents'ability to deal with public emergencies.
