单元主题教学法在全科住培教学中的应用

摘　　要：目的 探索单元主题教学法在全科住培教学活动中的应用效果。方法 选取2021年6月—2022年8月在西部战区总医院全科医学科进行住培轮转的43名住院医师为对象,按照教学活动安排的不同分为试验组和对照组,其中试验组24名,对照组19名。试验组采用单元主题教学法设计教学活动,对照组沿用常规教学活动安排,比较2组住院医师出科时的迷你临床演练评价(mini-clinical evaluation exercise,Mini-CEX)成绩、理论测试成绩、综合成绩及教学满意度。结果 试验组的Mini-CEX评分、理论成绩及综合成绩均高于对照组[Mini-CEX评分(54.6±4.7)分vs.(50.5±6.6)分;理论成绩(121.2±8.7)分vs.(111.7±10.8)分;综合成绩(83.7±5.3)分vs.(77.4±6.9)分,P <0.05],差异有统计学意义。教学满意度中教学方式及能力提升两项平均分也高于对照组[教学方式(4.5±0.7)分vs.(3.8±1.2)分;能力提升(4.6±0.7)分vs.(3.7±1.2)分,P <0.05],差异有统计学意义。结论 采用单元主题教学法设计全科住培教学活动能提高住院医师综合成绩及满意度,有助于提升全科住培教学效果。Objective To explore the effect of unit-theme teaching method in standardized general practice residency training.Methods A total of 43 residents received standardized training in general practice department of the General Hospital of Western Theater Command between June 2019 to August 2020 were selected.According to the arrangement of teaching activities,the residents were divided into an experimental group and a control group,with 24 residents in the experimental group and 19 residents in the control group.The unit-theme teaching method to design teaching activities was adopted in the experimental group,while the conventional teaching activity arrangements was adopted in the control group.The mini-clinical evaluation exercise(Mini-CEX)scores,theoretical test scores,comprehensive scores,and teaching satisfaction of the two groups of residents were compared when they left the department.Results The Mini-CEX scores,theoretical scores and comprehensive scores of experimental groups were higher than those of control group[Mini-CEX scores(54.6±4.7)points vs.(50.5±6.6)points;theoretical scores(121.2±8.7)points vs.(111.7±10.8)points;overall score(83.7±5.3)points vs.(77.4±6.9)points,P<0.05],and the differences were statistically significant.The average score of teaching method and ability improvement in teaching satisfaction were higher than those in the control group[Teaching method(4.5±0.7)points vs.(3.8±1.2)points,ability improvement(4.6±0.7)points vs.(3.7±1.2)points,P<0.05],and the differences were also statistically significant.Conclusion The application of unit-theme teaching method in standardized general practice residency training can significantly improve the residents'comprehensive scores and satisfaction,which is meaningful for enhancing the effectiveness of general residency training teaching.
