摘  要:以南通职业大学机械制造与自动化专业群为例,分析高水平专业群建设面临的问题,进而基于实践提出建设高水平专业群的路径:绘制产业链全景图,建立“市场需求+建设水平”的动态调整机制;锚定“三型”人才培养目标,“三会四审”系统修订人才培养方案;依据专业群岗位能力需求,优化“五段”课程体系;深化产教融合,优化整合校内外实训基地;“技能大师”领衔,建设校企混编教学团队。Taking the mechanical manufacturing and automation specialty group of Nantong Vocational University as an example,this paper analyzes the problems faced by the construction of high level specialty groups,and then proposes the path of building high level specialty groups based on practice:draw a panorama of the industrial chain and establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism of“market demand + construction level”;anchoring the“three-type”talent training goal,revise the talent training plan through the“three meetings and four reviews”system;optimize the “five-stage”curriculum system,according to the ability needs of specialty groups;deepen the integration of industry and education and optimize off-campus and internal training bases;and build a school-enterprise mixed teaching team led by“skill masters”.
