面向“新四化”的跨界融合型汽车技术技能人才培养改革——基于南通职业大学的实践

摘　　要：根据汽车产业“新四化”发展对从业者的新需求,基于南通职业大学的实践,提出跨界融合型汽车技术技能人才培养的改革思路及具体措施:确立“价值塑造、知识构建、能力发展”三位一体的人才培养理念,铺就“产教融合、专业融通、课岗融贯”三融育人的人才培养途径,打造“场景职场化、任务项目化、资源数字化”三化合一的人才培养方式。In response to the new demands of practitioners for the development of the“new automobile four modernizations”in the automotive industry,based on the practice of Nantong Vocational University,this paper proposes a reform idea and specific measures for the cross-border automotive technology and skilled talent cultivation model:establishing a talent cultivation concept that integrates “ value shaping,knowledge construction,and ability development”,paving a talent cultivation path that integrates“industry education integration,specialty integration,and course post integration”,and creating a talent cultivation method that integrates“scene workplace,task projectization,and resource digitization”.
