摘  要:加强产教融合校企合作是构建现代职教体系的基本要求,运用扎根理论质性研究方法,以职业教育校企合作动态过程为研究对象,建构校企合作交互过程“行为-动力”机理模型。研究发现,校企合作作为一个系统,是一个内部相互影响、交融共建的关系与过程,行为域、动力域是校企合作的两种功能属性,深化校企合作需要加强系统观、能动观和管理观,教师能力和综合管理是职业院校推进校企合作的重要抓手。Strengthening the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation is the basic requirement to build a modern vocational education system.Using the qualitative research method of grounded theory,taking the dynamic process of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational education as the research object,the“behaviormotivation”mechanism model of school-enterprise cooperation in the interaction process is constructed.The study has found that as a system,school-enterprise cooperation is a relationship and process of mutual influence,blending and co-construction,and the behavioral domain and dynamic domain are the two functional attributes of school-enterprise cooperation.To deepen school-enterprise cooperation,it is necessary to strengthen the system view,the dynamic view and the management view,and teachers’ability and comprehensive management are the important starting points for vocational colleges to promote school-enterprise cooperation.
