摘  要:在高职院校建设和发展的过程中,最为重要的组成内容就是教师群体。针对新进入到高职院校的教师,为了确保其更好地上岗并开展教学工作,就需要开展全面的入职培训,在培训过程中要立足于教师的入职需求和未来的发展方向,并不断创新和完善培训的内容。但是从现实情况来看,高职院校会遇到各种各样的培训问题,导致最终的培训效果不佳。因此,要采取全面的应对策略,真正促进新教师职业素养的全面提升,为高职教育事业的可持续发展奠定坚实基础。In the process of the construction and development of higher vocational colleges,the most important component is the teacher group.For new teachers entering higher vocational colleges,it is necessary to carry out comprehensive induction training in order to ensure their taking up a job and teaching work.In the training process,it needs to take into consideration the induction needs and future development direction,and constantly innovate and improve the training content.But higher vocational colleges encounter a variety of training problems,resulting in the unsatisfying training effect.Therefore,we should adopt comprehensive coping strategies to promote the new teachers'professional quality and lay a solid foundation for the sustainable development of higher vocational education.
